Return policy
Our goal is to make you happy! You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product we will happily exchange it. Just email us or call us with your request and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.
Payment
We gladly accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Sales tax is charged only to New York State residents; the tax rate is 8.875%. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
We don't charge sales tax on gift certificates.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders are processed monday through friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm est will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax is applied. Rates are calculated as follows:
Free UPS ground shipping for all domestic orders over $200.
Orders under $200 = $10 shipping and handling.
Return shipping is $8 and will be deducted from your store credit. You may also return to us via the courier of your choice. Please insure your shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Express shipments can be quoted for UPS Next day, 2-day or 3-day shipping. Please call 718 643 1680 or email us info@michellenewyork.com and we will quote shipping ASAP.
